For items lost in the Airport parking lot or Main Airport Terminal please fill out our Online Report
Items lost in the Airport terminal or parking areas can be picked up at the Airport Administration Office in the main terminal (across from the TSA Checkpoint) during normal business hours: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM excluding holidays. Our office is closed from 12-1 pm. Please email rdm@flyrdm.com to arrange for pick up.

Lost and found items are held at the Airport (in the Administration Office) for 30 days. Food and beverage items will be discarded.
When an item has been stored at RDM for 30 days and no owner has been located, all items (such as electronics and jewelry) with a value of $250 or more (based on 2015 ORS Chapter 98) are released to the Redmond Police Department to be disposed of under applicable Oregon law.
All articles of clothing and items under $250 are donated to the Redmond Opportunity Foundation Thrift Shop. Sunglasses/Eyeglasses are donated to the Lion’s Club.
We do not take custody of items left in for-hire vehicles such as taxis and shuttles, busses, or rental cars--please contact your transportation service provider directly for these items.
