LOST & FOUND ITEMS
Items found in the airport terminal, curbside areas, or parking lot are stored securely for 30 days before disposition. The lost and found office does not store food/beverage items. All food/beverage items will be disposed of upon receipt.
We do not take custody of items left at the TSA Checkpoint, in for-hire vehicles such as taxis and shuttles,busses, or in rental cars.
We do not take custody of items lost on board aircraft, For items lost onboard an aircraft, please contact your airline.

DELAYED, DAMAGED OR LOST BAGGAGE
If your baggage has been delayed or you're missing an item from your checked baggage, please contact your airline.

Found items can be picked up at the Airport Administration Office in the main terminal (across from the TSA Checkpoint) during normal business hours: Monday through Friday, 8AM to 4PM excluding holidays. Our office is closed from 12-1pm. Please call (541) 504-3499 to arrange for pick up. Please leave a message and we will return your call.
Lost and found items are held at the Airport (in the Administration Office) for 30 days.
When an item has been stored at RDM for 30 days and no owner has been located, items with a value of $250 or more (based on 2015 ORS Chapter 98) are released to the Redmond Police Department to be disposed of under applicable Oregon law.
All items under $250 are donated to the Redmond Opportunity Foundation. Eyeglasses are donated to the Lion’s Club.
