LOST & FOUND ITEMS


If you lost an unchecked item onboard a flight or in the airline gate area, please call or click on the appropriate airline link listed below.

  • American Airlines (800) 433-7300  or  Station Manager (541) 923-4006 for the first 30 days. After that point, items are sent to corporate.


For any items left at a TSA security check point, please contact the TSA at 866-289-9673 or visit: http://www.tsa.gov/traveler-information/claim-forms



DELAYED, DAMAGED OR LOST BAGGAGE


If your baggage has been delayed or you're missing an item from your checked baggage, please contact your airline.

For items lost in the Airport parking lot or Main Airport Terminal or for other Lost and Found questions, please contact the Airport Administration Office at (541) 504-3499 during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8AM to 4PM excluding holidays.  Our office is closed from 12-1pm.  Please leave a message and we will return your call.


When an item has been stored for 90 days and no owner has been located, items with a value of $250 or more (based on 2015 ORS Chapter 98) are taken to the Redmond Police Department. All items under $250 are donated to the Redmond Opportunity Center. Eyeglasses are donated to the Lion’s Club.
